I'm starting to get sick again.
I've got to stop this viscious cycle of smoking and quitting.
I typically quit once I start getting sick. It takes a few days for my body to recover. I can then go from several weeks to several months without a cigarette. But after that time, I'll bum one off my co-workers. Within a week or two, I'm back to buying my own packs. After several months, I start getting sick again.
I need to quit... once and for all.
