Had to break it off with someone special to me. Why does it always seem harder when you're breaking it off with someone than when someone else breaks it off with you? It seems that way to me.

Not going to Burning Man this year. I can't afford it for one. For another, I need to change it up a bit. I have a bunch of friends who will miss me. They don't know yet.
For those of you here who wanted to meet up out there on the Playa, we'll have to try to arrange something or some way to hang out.
EDIT: I just realized today is April Fool's Day.... no, I'm not fooling about missing Burning Man, and I'm not joking about breaking up. Those are real. Unless someone wants to help me get to the dessert. No one can help me with the breakup thing, though.

And on the breaking up thing... I think its so hard when you have to break it off because you're never sure whether you're doing the right thing or not. If someone breaks up with you, they're making the choice for you and taking away any doubt you might have.
I had to do it two months ago with the person I loved most in the world, and I'm on the verge of doing it again (with the same person). I don't want to, but i might have to.
That's how I see it anyways, I imagine its different for everyone.
I still so badly want to go, but have not purchased a ticket yet.
I want to make some connections, etc. but I doubt it'll ever happen -=o/
