When I was in high school I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression. Through out the years it has just gotten worse. It keeps me from making friends,going out and meeting new people....even dating. I'm too scared to talk to anyone. I can't even go in to a crowded place without having a panic attack. So this year I'm ready to get over me fear! With the help of friends, family and sg family I know I can get the confidence boost I need. Just posing naked was a huge step for me . Shooting with @alissa was one of the biggest confidence boosters I've ever had and I love her to death for being the sweetheart she is. So here's to a new year with new friends and new opportunities !
