i have been getting calls from people telling me the stripers (striped bass) are here and they are getting their boats in the water. i can't wait to eat bunches of fresh fishes...and clams too

we kicked major ass this week at work. everybody is happy. so i'm happy.

i'm sore all over...but i love it. i want more!!!! i have never been a big runner, but i have the urge to run on a tread mill or something......maybe i'll pull my bike out this weekend if it's nice...is it gonna be nice this weekend east coasters??

does coffee make you feel dried out...i mean dehydrated??? i have been drinking a lot of coffee...
