So tired...what a long day. Phase two is not going to be easy, but I knew that. I've been at this game for 12 years, construction that is. My goal with phase two is to save for my first investment property, which will lead to phase three...more investment properties, and eventually me being a self made millionaire. No shit. wink

I Beleive your master plan. I find that my short-term plans never seem to work, but long-term plans always do. So now, I plan long term, while still seemingly floating through my days without a plan... biggrin Or maybe I really don't have one and this is what I tell myself... Either way, I like it smile

When I left home at 16 I had only three goals.

Get off the farm.

Make enough money that I would never have to depend on someone else for anything again.

Save and invest what I make so that I am able to retire by age 30.

Despite the fact that I am temporarily back on this damn farm, I am very close to completing all 3 of these goals.

It wasn't until just recently that I realized I have no fucking idea what I am going to do next. I intend to travel a lot. But I think I have to do more than that. I just don't know what it will be...
