I just woke up . OK, coffee.



My house offer is still up in the air...I'm definitely not attached to it, and my investment partner is gun ho to find properties. Turns out he has some pretty good connections.

It goes to show you that if you want something bad enough, you just have to work towards it relentlessly, never quit, learn everything you can about it, and don't listen to peoples criticism.

Today's agenda:

.Call some banks to get property lists
.Search MLS listings
.Get free car wash
.Call Burke and figure out if he will be cheap or not
.Have lunch somewhere, probably Samuels, but maybe Vietnamese at The Bamboo House
