I think I'm on the right track here...

I have not found a house yet, but I'm still looking. The longer it takes, the better off I am actually. I have a couple of prospects.

There seems to be no end in sight as far as work goes, and the bank account is growing nicely...

Anyone want to be involved in a real estate/design/development partnership?? If I could find a partner, I could do a (little bit) bigger and more profitable project...sooner anyway. I'm doing it anyway, but I'm open to involving someone else, or a group of people if it can work. This is a huge oportunity folks.
