Realtors suck, sometimes. Are they trying to hoodwink me or what?

These people must think I just fell off the turnip truck. Come to find out, the house I made an offer on will go into foreclosure tomorrow and be auctioned on Monday if I don't sign the (flawed) contracts by noon tomorrow!!?? They just delivered them late this afternoon!! I haven't even gone over them with my attorney yet...I haven't even talked to him at all yet.

I made them a lower offer and said if my attorney was cool with everything, I would sign by noon, or they can get fucked. There's even more to it than that.
