Wow..dammn, you got two fish to chase huh? well hey, not bad dude, not bad. Well it seems like you are doing the right thing by being honest with both of them so I respect you fully. Dating is a funny thing. There is no rule that says that you can not date multiple people at the same time but then again, when would it be the time to draw a line and decide which one to pursue more? I litereally dated soo many people after I got out of a long term relationship and got burnt out and then I literally fell back into something nice..then this weekend, I'm realizing that the guy I was seeing is an immature fucko. We have our eyes set on an investment property in the area. The only problem is we don't know the extent of the water damage that has been done to the roof, and ceilings.
Its hard to find a good contractor out here that won't charge you an arm and a leg. Some times i think that they are trying to pay off all there debt and their kids college with one project.
