this is a wacom tablet. it's not only highly effective for photoshop type applications, but also nice change of pace when your mouse hand starts aching.
So tired...what a long day. Phase two is not going to be easy, but I knew that. I've been at this game for 12 years, construction that is. My goal with phase two is to save for my first investment property, which will lead to phase three...more investment properties, and eventually me being a self made millionaire. No shit.

Get off the farm.
Make enough money that I would never have to depend on someone else for anything again.
Save and invest what I make so that I am able to retire by age 30.
Despite the fact that I am temporarily back on this damn farm, I am very close to completing all 3 of these goals.
It wasn't until just recently that I realized I have no fucking idea what I am going to do next. I intend to travel a lot. But I think I have to do more than that. I just don't know what it will be...

So I went to NYC today with my friend Heather. She's a photographer and was scoping out some locations to shoot some models. I guess she has caught the eye of a modeling agency down there.
