back home... back to work... spring break felt too short...

man... it's amazing to me that so much US media time and public energy is being spent on the deaths of two people... and so little is being focused on the massive population thinning that is going on in the rest of the world... I mean... I wished nothing but peaceful passing to sister Shivo and Mr. Pope... but come on people... their deaths are dangerously close to becoming more important than their lives...

is this the "culture of life" Bush keeps talking about?...

sorry... small rant...

seems like the warm weather is back in LA... it'll be so good to hang out in the garden again... hopefully this weekend... definately time for some spring cleaning in my shack... yeah... gettin' right on that...

kay.. time to start the day for real... gotta hit the vid store on the way to school... i'm showing videos to my class today for examples of lighting... some film noir, Greenaway, Kubrik, Bladerunner, Caligari...should be fun..
