the beginning of a well needed 3 day weekend... most likely spending most of it loungin in the garden with the girl... gonna try to see Team America somewhere in there... been slacking off a bit on one of my art gigs, so I should get some work done on that....

also hoping to get a little body work done on me tomorrow... I have a friend who does cranio-sacral style energy work... I know it sounds a bit hippie dippie but she worked on me for like 10 minutes last weekend in the middle of our party & managed to release some very intense and years old shit... after that I was more grounded and standing straighter than I had in years... you'd think with all the time & discipline I put into indulging my vices (the things that tend to injure my body) I could do a little of the same for the things that work towards healing my body...

going to see the Body Works exhibit at the Museum of Natural History on Monday... this shit is eFFin crazed... Gunther Von Hagen is this guy who has developed a process by which he placticizes human & animal bodies
