Friends (real): distant evaporating decreasingly dangerous
Friends (imagined): jealous fleeting pleasantly invisible
Family: deflating safe apologetic
Work: engulfing tired inundating
-It's been an exhausting couple of days.
-There's been nothing but silence (not that I'm against it, but..) was it something I said?
-expectation always seems to undermine reality.
-some sg friends were deleted--they'll never know, so this particular falling tree will NOT make a sound.
-A dear friend planned to kill herself-Every detail of the suicide was carefully thought out, loose ends tied- fortunately in a lucid moment psychiatric help was sought -she willingly institutionalized herself-and this (fragmented)story has a happy ending-I know alot of these stories don't.
-Where is passion?
-I'd like to have a torrid affair of intellect-and theory-and discovery-where ideas are strewn shamelessly. Where old souls clash and connect-where words are vital and truths emerge despite our own pretences---this is my new fantasy.

I'm glad your friend got herself out of her own trap....
passion .... I sure would like to know where it's hiding .... it sucks being a complacent, mediocre, apathetic, numb being ~ ask me how I know. ....
No, that wasn't me at kohl's this weekend ... last weekend maybe ... I look like a lot of girls .... but today I had off, totally wasted the day like a fucker ... and when I was supposed to be doing boring errands, I just ended up at the library and hollywood video.
