Day 3 of working out... not as sore as I was after the first 2 days. Took a few days off - back at it tonight and I'm feelin' good and pumped!!! Definitely sticking with getting back in shape and adding on a little muscle. Oh and gotta do the sit-ups to maintain the six pack
Can't lose that - I won't allow it!!!
