Finally went to the walk in clinic and got my neck checked out. Doc did x-rays but didn't find anything... his conclusion is that it's just a strain. I was prescribed three different types of meds. I never enrolled for insurance at work (stupid me.) I told my HR manager that I couldn't afford to see a doctor and pay out of pocket for the visit and medication so she filed a workers comp and made me go, which I'm thankful for because I wouldn't have gone which would probably have resulted in further injuries. I will definitely thank her tomorrow when I go back into work.

Now..as far as strenuous work - I'm not allowed. I'm on light duty for the next few weeks. This will give me time to catch up on paper work and other things.

Ohhhh and I've had this shoulder injury as well.. .which was work related but I never did anything on that. With this medication hopefully that'll take care of of my shoulder... the rotator cuff!!! I hate taking medications but in this case I definitely NEED it.

It's been about half an hour since I've taken the meds... I have muscle relaxers... pain medicine and one more which I can't think of what it's for at the time lol. Maybe the meds are kicking in now
