My shoulder is so fucked up... my rotator cuff.. may have a torn ligament which is not good... an associate at work has the same thing and he's going in for surgery - I hope mine is just sore and bruised but knowing my luck i'll need surgery as well... w/ my job I have to be lifting heavy things... i'm talking about constant lifting. If I have to go in for surgery then i'm going to have to file workman's comp - blah!!! These types of injuries are CONSTANT and nagging from what I hear.. they'll haunt ya for the rest of your life!!! GETTING OLD FUCKING SUCKS ASS!!!

So right now I have an ice pack on it... had to google rotator cuff injuries... one site said to put an ice pack on it while not using your arm/shoulder... then when you are using it put a heating pad on it to help circulate the blood flow.. whatever..something like that. So I'm doing as I've read. Someone at work said I'd need to get an MRI done... also said I may need a cortisone shot which would help. For now - ice pack because tomorrow I have to go back to work and need my arm. Luckily I'm a manager so I can have my associates unload the truck while I drive on the power equipment unloading pallets of shit, lol. But I'm not like that... I get in there and help... I'm a team player - not a YOU DO THIS NOW AND YOU DO THAT NOW type of manager (even some think otherwise, lol)

I would start with seeing a doctor about this. Hopefully this isn't too bad and no need for surgery.
