Heads up, Philadelphia, I AM COMING HOME. That's right, I am moving home at the end of September. I am glad that I spent this past year and a half in Utica. There were things that happened in my life, and my family's lives that it would have broken my heart to miss out on, but that all being done... I miss home (which is what Philly is to me) and I am ready to come back.
I am going to make a quick recon mission pretty soon. Probably the weekend after next. I'll be coming down on Wednesday, and leaving on Sunday. That way I can be there for the end of the business week, and scout apartments, and stop in at my old job. My travel plans for the visit will be solid soon, and I will let you guys know when I am going to be down. As for the permanent move, I am looking at October first, or the last week of September if a couch crash becomes an option. That is all subject to a few things that I have to finish up in NY first.
So, uh, yeah. Be prepared. Oh, and also keep a look out for relatively cheap studio apts. or one bedrooms. And Jobs, yeah jobs, I am going to need one of them. I would prefer to stay in high needs child care, residential, classroom, private, I'd be cool with any of that. I also wouldn't something entirely different, if it came up. It might be nice to take a little emotional break. Anyway, keep your ears and eyes open, and give your boy the heads up.
