yeah, OK. I've been stupid busy at work and haven't had much time to do much. I'll be trying to contact my neighbors at the colt bld this weekend to see if they would also be interested in the floor party. if there's some interest, I'll go with it. I'll stay in touch.

rent is decent. I pay $925 for a 1200 sq foot place with utilities included. but at the moment mgmt isn't renting out any of the open units. in fact, this building is about 80 vacant and they still won't rent any units. those of us who are here don't have a lease. were renting month to month. mgmt wants to turn the place into yuppie condos and I think they're afraid that if they rent to the riff raff now they will have a hard time getting them out later. interesting though, I saw on the news recently that the mgmt has run out of money. all construction on yuppie land has been halted because the contractors havn't been paid. so perhaps they'll give up and leave and the freaks will get the building back in the long run.
