Hungover and I only had 3 Pabsts. Went to Cucarachas then Beerland to see a show. When me and my friend got there, there was this pretty good chic band rokcing out but they were on their last song. I didn't care for the next band that played, not at all, very Blink 182. I clapped anyways because everyone was leaving when they were playing, it was sad. There are just to many bands out there that all sound the same or who are trying to be old school punk and it just isn't the same. But who the hell am I to say anything though? Anyways, lastnight was really fun. I climbed the stairs again to high rooftops, some were pretty scary. I pussed out and refused to go on the ladder that lead to the 16th floor of an abandoned building, there were no guard rails, just a ladder clinging to the wall and me in my stupid 5 inch heels. Yeah right. Then we went to the Driskill Hotel and WOW! 
It was just beautiful and I can't imagine what the rooms look like but the inside of that place is just spectacular. It was probably about 3:00 at that point. We took the elevator to the top floor to take pictures on the mini luxury couches. From there we found another abandoned building to go to and climbed the stairs to the roof top, there was a mini building on top of that and I went inside and met a guy who had formats of some sort and said he was making plans to turn the place into a new bar. The place was kind of cool and I took some pictures. That was my night pretty much. My friend I was with just called with the idea to actually get a room at that hotel, called the hotel to get rates and called back. $350 a night for balcony rooms, $280 standard and $700 for suites. There goes that idea. HA! I'm not rich you know? It'd be fun to go though none the less. I've never stayed anywhere like that before. Now I'm off to go shop on ebay and then to the store to buy materials to make clothes and what not. My rambling journal is done.
