Today I’ve made the gnocchi, but with the violet potatoes and they were very good 😋

I cocked the potatoes in a boiled water and then I peeled off it.

Smashed the potatoes and then I added a egg and the flour and I kneaded all tougher till I obtained an amalgamated ball.

Than I took a little pieces of the ball and I made some rounded stripes and cut it in others little pieces, the gnocchi shape

Finally I cocked the gnocchi with the pumpkin and leeks!!

Ingredients for 4 peoples:

1 kg of potatoes

300 gr of flour

1 egg

salt
