Hi @rambo and @missy This is without a doubt my safe haven, a quiet town in the interior of são paulo called Atibaia, is almost a tradition to go there on vacation or when I have some free time to spend a few weeks out of my city rush.

And this year when I managed to make a trail to the top of Pedra Grande , is the name given to the only point of this small tourist town, was an arduous task the body aches the next day reminded me of that, but it totally holds make this trip and wake up the 5:00 in the morning to make the trail.

the Scenery is simply lovely and when I got there, I was able to meditate.

Meditation is one of the things that I like to do to calm my mind especially when I'm in contact with nature.

One day when I stop being fearful intend to down go to Pedra Grande to fly hang gliding is what most visitors do when I'm on the site, I think amazing, but I'm a little scared.
