Yaaas! Btw, I dunno if you’d appreciate exactly what I made but here ya go: Brussels Sprout Flatbread Pizza. Has a ricotta lemon base, sautéed chopped Brussels in Italian seasoning, Italian cheese blend, Parmesan, and a spicy honey topping.
