101 Essays that will Change the way You Think

Welp, finished my book after way too much time. Crazy how the holidays throw everything off track.

As it was requested per the beautiful @svetlanna, here is my review.

I enjoyed it over all. Though, I feel a lot of it came from confusion on the books purpose halfway. Sometimes it felt as a good guide on self-reflection and defeating self destructive habits, others it felt the need to run towards love, others it felt that you love was not meant to be, sometimes it felt as a weekend ramble with friends. Some essays felt a little hard to follow and the lessons you read were apposed to the title. Basically here is what you need to do, but I'll list what you are doing wrong. so sometimes it felt confusing to convey the message right.

However! There were a lot of topics I knew I needed to address with myself that were sometime hard to read through. It certainly was thought provoking overall and I feel if you are in a position in your life where you need guidance, a different view, some cold hard truth or some articles that you have been teetering on for most your life it's a good read to jumpstart those needs. I did enjoy it, but I feel it could be improved upon as sections and outlines. Good read though, definitely makes you think outside our sheltered little bubbles.

I prefer non-fictional content rather than the fictional ones, maybe it's a good book suggestion for me?

I already finished it @svetlanna! It really is. It's based on a lot of scientific evidence and pours some personal experiences into it. Some content really hit close to home for me. Topics like avoidance of love, inability to face fears and how to address and fight your inner demons. A good book overall.
