Oh, Sushi Christmases are the best!  One year in Vancouver, my favourite Sushi place opened up on Christmas Day.  It was supposed to be closed for 2 weeks, but the owner/chef and his wife (the only waitress) opened to make money, because he lost all his Holiday money gambling.  Me and some friends went in to support it and we ate a lot of food and chilled with the owners and it was a great Christmas memory for me.

Dude. That's awesome. I'm trying to make it a regular thing going forward. A former member here share sushi dinners with one another. It's pretty cool.
