I already finished it @svetlanna! It really is. It's based on a lot of scientific evidence and pours some personal experiences into it. Some content really hit close to home for me. Topics like avoidance of love, inability to face fears and how to address and fight your inner demons. A good book overall.

Mmm. I love spaghetti squash. I hate cutting those bloody things in half but the end result always makes my tummy happy.

Theu do make me nervous too @niffler ! Never exactly in half and they always seem to feel like they aren't ready. But they are delicious. I really like the sweet part with a hearty marinara sauce!
