Saw my friend Karl play with Out Brief Candle there. It was actually really good!
The first band was like some wiccan band, and the singer was doing spells throughout the set in what sounded like Gaelic. Kinda a trip.
I love San Diego. The indy scene is really strong down there. Everybody is so beautiful and edgy. I felt out of place.
Tomorrow night... Rocco De Luca at the Gypsy Lounge. Rocco rules.

San Diego is my favorite city in So Cal. It's just so pretty. And it has Sea World and the fucking zoo... it's like heaven for me.

I almost moved to carlsbad a couple years ago, didn't want to move period, but that whole area made it sorta ok. Who knows what wouldv'e happen had I moved there instead of the OC. Glad you liked San Diego, toodles!
