this almost cartoon like person walks up and starts to tell me how humans are no better than slugs as far as the food chain goes and that on a cosmic scale we will be out lived by every other species. then i told him that we're not human at all, we're some kind of sub-species here to exterminate human kind. he smiled, shook my hand and walked away whistling "step right up" by tom waits.
