You shouldn't worry about weight so much. I do sometimes but a lot of what I'm carrying now is recently gained due to stress just after my Dad had his stroke. I mean I wasn't a light weight before but I lost a lot of muscle during that shit time.
Hell most people still look at me and then call me a liar when I tell them how much I weigh. Apparently I don't look about 19 stone.
