I'm wondering about maybe going to France. If I'm not going to be able to do something responsible like find a place to live in, then my irresponsibility should take me somewhere I'd actually really like to be. (Plus I could improve my French a bit more there.) Certainly just imagining that as a possibility has been cheering me up more than trying to find any fucking places to stay in Baton Rouge... (WTF is with Louisiana? Do they not have internet there? I can hardly find listings for anything but the priciest places even though I keep being assured of cheap stuff's existing there.)
I also bought a pair of red gloves. My arms are getting all gross and freckled, despite my diligently using sunblock, so I figured they might help. There were no black ones, so I had to go for red. I look like some kind of anime character in my black gowns and red gloves.
