Mouth is aching from the tooth pull, more than it had the last few days (this is the first time I used any painkiller for it.) Hope it's not that "dry socket" all the literature warns about. The next alternative -- and unfortunately a few things, like that all the remaining molars on that side are hurting too, lead me to think this -- is that the antibiotic they gave me isn't working and I've gotten an infection. Tried to warn them that I was given Clindamycin for acne once and it did nothing -- that was topical ointment, admittedly, while this is a pill, but still. Also possible the irritation is coming because I keep getting air bubbles in the little hole left behind.
