Nervous. Actually spent MONEY on an ad campaign for Fanny Hill. I only need to sell 7 copies to break even, which is why it seemed a reasonable move. It's supposed to get distributed to 300,000 semi-targeted people so it doesn't seem unlikely 7 of them would want to buy editions.
Incidentally, I have a suspicion the book Memoirs of a Geisha is a knockoff of Fanny Hill. I will have to actually read the book to be certain though. The general plot outline sounds similar. I am considering finding a book review of Memoirs of a Geisha, and just replacing the relevant terms with character names from Memoirs of a Woman of Pleasure (aka Fanny Hill) and posting it on the site. (Don't really know if I will do it, though.)
