It does help you to feel good to view your body for it's qualities. Your body image can often be a part of your personality, seen in people shy to reveal too much or flamboyant and flagrant with exposure of skin to the maximum. You think of that when you think of them. I am comfortable in clothes, but not self conscious. I don't consider any part of my body, but my eyes to be above average so I guess I would not show them off. However if I am hot, you will see a lot of me, but I will not expose myself inappropriately. People get the idea that the bodies models have are easy for them to have and keep up and that they are completely comfortable with them, but I have found out on here that is not always the case. Everyone questions their body at some point, but it is the ones that overcome fear that are all the happier for it.
