So, exciting news... being the geek that I am... I've suddenly learned how to solve a Rubik's Cube!!!! Now all I have to do is figure out how the damn thing works. A bit backwards, I know. But I'm slowly learning. It is fun to be able to solve one though, thanks to fun internet tutorials (I'm sure you can tell I had an amazing Christmas) and lots of practice. I can now solve the puzzle in under five minutes. 
I have apparently been on a puzzle binge as of late. I've solved multiple of those little wooden puzzles that create a fun shape, a group of the plastic puzzles you can buy and put a gift card or money in to make the person have to solve it to get the money, a classic jigsaw puzzle or two, some crossword puzzles, and a Rubik's Cube (about 20 times). All in the past week. I don't know what that says about me. Anyone else got an addiction to solving?

I remember when those first came out - early 80's I think... I was the first one in my neighborhood to solve one and was revered for half a second. LOL
