What’s the worst/best gift you’ve ever received for Christmas?

I am at loss trying to figure out gifts for people. Living in a super small town where realistically all you can really buy from is a Walmart & a Marshalls I’ve been looking online. But let’s me real, online is overwhelming because there are A MILLION THINGS to choose from.

To lighten up my stress, what’s the best or worst gift you’ve ever received?

Or maybe a gift you’ve given?? LOL.

I’ll tell you about the worst gift I received.

My SO mother knew that I am obsessed with Batman so she gave me a Batman sweater. Thoughtful, I thought. I put it back in the bag & left it alone. A few days later back home while I was unpacking my gifts, I reached for that sweater and realized IT WAS USED. No tags, nothing. Not to mention there was hair on it & boogers stuck on the sleeve & the inside looked washed. You know when you wash fleece, it starts to “bubble” in the inside? Yeah. . .

So anyways, have a better story than mine? Entertain me out of my holiday misery. LOL.

Honestly, my horrible gifts of crappy clothes or gross food products just find new homes. No exciting stories, though. As for good gifts, I'm not one to adhere to holidays so throughout the year I find random gifts while traveling or even buying stuff for myself on or offline. Sometimes I see a snazzy toy with someone in mind and other times I buy two (one for me, one to save) until the right person comes along to deserve it. Many times I don't wait for holidays and just give gifts as I find them. I love giving surprises. For myself, I prefer time. I like when people give me time because I spend most days being antisocial and lame. 😕

Batman fan too. Best gift...many years ago, my mom went to the comic shop I buy from and worked with the owner to get me a Batman original art page from artist Norm Breyfogle. Framed it up and wrapped it. Total surprise. Moved many times, but that page is always on the wall.
