I have been smoking like a fiend. Anyone recommend the patch over gum or vice versa? I'm thinking I need to cut back. Which I should probably do on my own... but oh well. I like the gum, I had some when I was in the hospital, but maybe something else works better?

Whee don't know the patch is worse than the gum. I just need a cheap way to get nicotiene without smoking/tobacco use....
