I have aproximately 30 minutes before I have to leave for work.
That should be enough time for a little update!
Things have been hectic. To add to the stress of working two jobs and trying to finish up high school, one of my beloved cats of twelve years got very sick from a stomach tumor and died last tuesday. His name was Tiger, and he was a very special kitty. He was very intuitive; I swear that he understood every word I said!
I also made like 30 delicious cupcakes. Vanilla with cream cheese icing and lots of colorful sprinkles. There are ten left, so I'm going to take them to my coworkers today, so they'll be eaten up before they go bad!
I am despertely trying to save money for this summer/body mods/my first semester of college when I won't be working. I am failing at this. I am getting better about not eating out as much, which helps. It also helps that there is now an abundance of food at my house, which in itself is a rarity! I will be opening an ebay account to try and sell all of the crap that I don't use/wear anymore. There is a lot of it! So if you wear a small/medium in shirts, and 5-9 in pants, or an 7 1/2- 8 1/2 in shoes, you will have some opportunities to buy some of my stuff! I also might be selling jewelry and other such goodness. I will post a link as soon as I can have everything set up!
I graduate is exactly 21 days! And only 8 of those days will be school days! I am so happy to be so close to the end of high school, I have not enjoyed very much of it. And I will not be leaving there with many warm, fuzzy memories, especially from this year. I am tired of everyone who has never spoken to me in the past 3 years trying to be all buddy buddy with me. I'll never fucking see most of them after graduation. I never liked them, and I will not begin to try to like them just because they will feel guilty if they leave high school without being able to say that they were liked by everyone. I don't give a shit. I'm a hateful bitch.
It feels weird to know that I only have about 5 weeks left at the jobs that I have had for 2 years and 1 year. It's going to feel sureal to actually not have to work almost everyday, or have to plan my life around working. WEIRD!!
Animazement 07' is next Thursday! Well, technically, it's next Friday-Sunday, but we're going down Thursday for Pre-Con events and most importantly FREE SWAG! Double W00T! I hope nothing shitty happens this year. The past two cons (and the only two cons) that I have been to, I got my money stolen on the last day. I will be SUPER careful this year. All of my money is staying with Mark is his wallet which he keeps in his front pocket. It will be unusual to not haul around my giant purse of doom. But it will be for the best.
I went to the eye doctor the other day, and while my eyes are much better, I still have to wear my glasses for at least the next 3 months. I have been suffering from GPC, a type of conjunctivits that is causing my protein build-up on contact lenses. I was very lucky that the condition didn't get very bad, but it is a very painful and long-lasting condition. The GPC is virtually cleared up, but the inflammation of my conjunctiva has causing my tear ducks to also become inflamed, so not I suffer from chronic dry eye. I am using the Restasis drops ,which are expensive as hell and can take up to 5 months for me to feel the full benefit of it. Oh well, that's what I get for refusing to get those plug things.
Just staring at the computer screen this long make my eyes are burny and watery and unhappy. Urgh! Just as well, time for work anyway. Sorry for the long, boring update. Will try to include pictures next time.
