I've just realsied I've replied to some of you fine upstanding citizens of planet Earth without thanking you for the feel better wishes as regards to my right shoulder... feck.
Oh and thankyou. Them wishes were much appreciated. The right shoulder is healing nicely.
But now I think I've fecked my left shoulder.
Can't buy a f'n break in this day and age. Why it used to be grazed knees and fat lips, not this strained, pulled limbs and ligament nonsense. Those ailments were for the old, the real old. Just like foostiness and the spittle germ. Gah.
Time to 'lock in' this here plot.
