Work gets so fucking tedious sometimes. I really enjoy my work when i feel like im accomplishing something, but most the time its just a lot of pecking away at the computer numbly repeating the same routines. I've been working on the same project for a year and half and I'm ready to do something new. We've started working on the paper which is good. The end is in sight, but sort of the plan to to write the paper over the first half of the research and then finish up the second half for another publication. I could just punch the kids who brag about how they think they'll probably get published after a summer of research. I would punch them, but i think the blow of reality will be enough... At least Im getting paid well for all this buisness. I can now order food with my coffee without feeling any guilt.
