argon

i love the rain so much, but today, even the deary hard rain could cheer me up. this last half of the semester is killing my motivation. i had two tests today that i think went decently well. i think i'd probably be irritated at one of them if i wasn't so tired. im giving my first ever presentation on my research this thursday, so that only adds to the stress. i dont want to get crappy grades, but i dont really care for the stuff in any of my classes at the moment and none of them are directly related to my feild of interest, so if i fuck up, it's not the end of the world. but i love my research and i dont want to look like a moron infront of the faculty when i am unprepared for my presentation and i wish i didn't have a whole lot of uninspiring classes sucking up my time... in any case, im catastrophising so i may as well just keep plugging along. if next semester isn't a little more motivating i dont know how i'll ever get through my undergrad degree. i'll finally have room in my schedual for some art classes which i'm sure i'll enjoy. and that reminds me, i've been able to register for classes for the last 6 minutes, so i'm going to go do that now.
