I came back to the des moines area this weekend for some veisha celebrations (an annual festeval at iowa state university that celebrates all the acedemic and social diversity of the university), but i did end up even going. instead i partied down with my room mates for the summer that are both des moines natives. it was an interesting time, although i suggest not getting fucked up with new roommates until after you're moved in so that no one starts having second thoughts...
