Finally got my male cat, Alexander, vaccinated. It eems like he was the only cat there. He forgave me for having a strange man stick needles in his butt shortly afterward.

France voted no on ratifying the EU Constitution. I don't see why analysts are saying its the end of the world. Several other countries are hesistant, and only 9/25 have ratified it to date. Due to the stance on social policy and immigration, France is out.

I don't think Germany will pass it due to their immigration stance, and if the talks with Turkey go through, the pro-Turkey stance will have a hard time convincing it. Although...there is a large Turkish population in Germany, since the 60s, at least-perhaps political pressure will make the parliament change its mind.

The Netherlands is swinging to the right-I think immigration will be a focal point for rightist groups while the left will focus on the supposed improved social policy that the Constitution is supposed to bring.

I have no idea how Austria passed it, due to more rightist politicians, and such deep ties to anti-semitism, perhaps they took it to referendum and let the people decide. The same with Slovenia-they voted not guarantee civil rights, and are pushing to plan the Roma in separate schools. And basically, in Slovenia now, if they say you aren't a citizen and don't exist, well, you're shit out of luck.
