Well, the Chair of the Poli-Sci deparment is giving me 4 credits for the programs and the others are going toward elective requirements.
Seriously, I'm considering finishing my Poli-Sci degree elsewhere after I graduate from here. It seems everytime I deal with PS it leaves me physically and emotionally drained.
I need to look on the postive side.
My mango chamomile tea came in the mail today and my T-shirt from http://www.threadless.com shipped today, I have one teacher recommendation already, have had the director of international education and the chair of poli-sci sign off on my request form, and have the support of my minor advisor who was gung-ho about the idea and whom I was very dissapointed to find out was not the Chair of the Department( meaning he couldn't sign off on the form).
I also finished my article for the school newspaper.
I also love my French class. I wish I had switched by to French (from Spanish) sooner. The teacher and the single course I've taken in the French deparment have been better than the three out of four courses I took with the Spanish department (201, 205-twice-202 was excellent). I guess in the Spanish department, in order to be "Academic" you have to suck the joy right out of everything, leaving a shriveled mass of conjugations and essays.
