***Happy Valentine's Day****
Last year Brian took me to San Diego's most romantic restaurant, Zio Mario's, for Valentine's day. Possibly what made the evening so romantic were the couples outside who didn't make reservations. Specially the girl pouting at the guy...so completely pissed off, then we have the guy who is slumping in his chair thinking "Shit! I'm not getting any tonight". Sigh..memories. So this time I asked Brian if we could stay in and have an intimate dinner here at home. So this is what I have planned for tonight:
-Field Greens with Tequila Lime Shrimp
-Stuffed Pasta Shells with marinara sauce
-Strawberry Cheesecake
