My new cooking book the "encyclopedia to cooking from the culinary institute" finally arrived today. Yesssss..it's about freakin' time too, well then again I'm cheap and only wanted to pay the flat rate book shipping fee.

i like to creat my own recipes with ones i have, u know--- spice 'em up a bit w/ a little personal flare.
anyhoo-- yea my tattoo symbolizes my grandma. she collected owls and when we went through all her things i found the cutest little wallet w/ an owl. so i decided to take that to big city tattoo (on university) and have them ink me up. i LOVE it!! it's my fav, plus it has sentimental value.

Well thank you to everyone wishing me a happy birthday. I really appreciate it. I ended up spending it at Disneyland. I had a really fun time, and the new space mountain ride is bitchin' (worth the 50min) wait. biggrin
