You should talk to Zack Kinsey at Leviticus Tattoo in Minneapolis. He's the one who did my Milton tattoo. He's very good at detail, he's a perfectionist, and he loves a challenge. I've gotten two rather sizeable pieces done by him, and I can't say enough good things about the guy.
