Labor Day is supposed to be a day off from work. Instead, I got roped into doing yardwork that has left my back and knees worn out for the rest of the day. Had to pull a bunch of weeds, well, they weren't really weeds just really overgrown plants that had taken over. Some of these things were taller than I am. And I put my back out a little pulling them out and cutting them up and putting them into bags.
And then of course after that was done I had to haul a bunch of bricks to the back yard.
I'm gonna spend the rest of the day trying to work on a rough draft screenplay for a short film.
