Had a great weekend. Saw Interpol twice. How lucky am I?
1st on friday in Manchester, 2nd on sunday at T in the park festival in bonny Scotland. Also saw Bright Eyes on sunday on same stage as Interpol but earlier on the bill. Both were superb, causing my soul to soar.
I really should spend some more time around here.

and yes, got the CD - but ihave hardly listened to it as of yet - the Who comparison was evident in the first chords that rang out, though.

Had to break up some old furniture today that belonged to my grandma who died last year.
Her house has been sold. Quite depressing really.
On a positive note i did get to salvage a couple of useful pieces for myself, stuff that fascinated me as a kid.

Funny you should mention that. I have actually been telling quite a few people that was the best way to tell it was me through various picture/name/profile changes.
I don't know about you but I feel like neither is true for me. In a rut, stagnating, they claim time is passing but I don't see any changes. It just drags on.
