so, after 3 years of unemployment due to medical circumstances, it looks like i'll be going back to work in the next few weeks! i had a great interview with an engineering firm last week and i just had to officially apply for the position on the company's website...dropped the guy a line today to make sure they got it, and they're working on an offer letter to go out this week with a tentative start date of july 21...OMG I'M GETTING A JOB!!!

of course...that's the day after ECCT ends, so holy crap do i have to drown myself in water the last day so i don't reek of alcohol my first day on the job...oh boy.

but who cares, i'm so excited, this is the first step on the way to fabulous things...moving back out of the parents' house, finishing school, having real alone time with my man Rickrolled...i'm giddy as a schoolgirl right now.

for now i must shut up as i have to get ready to drive to staten island for my other little job, teaching high school colorguard...so i shall stop my incessant babbling.
