I'm going to preface this with a bit about how much of a fan of John Lennon's work I am. He's like a musical and poetic god to me. I never grow tired of his work. Every time I hear it, it's like the first time. Amazing....

Okay. I have a favorite performer of mine these days. He goes by the moniker of Badly Drawn Boy. His work reminds me SO much of John Lennon. It's really good stuff. Good is an understatement. If you don't know who he is I urge you to look up his song "the Shining". Then fall in love with his music.

Now this brings me to my point. My boy Valen gave me an autographed poster of Badly Drawn Boy today. THANK YOU VALEN! It will earn an honored spot in my new place...once I finally get there.

Thanks also go out to Miss Blossom for keeping my head in "the game". It's been OVER six years since I have done this...I'm afraid I'm just not good at it anymore. Sometimes I know exactly what I'm doing...then I get blindsided by my bleak outlook on everything. Thanks for being the optimist I can't be.
