No topping tonight, due to the lack of a working car to get there. Oh well.

This weekend was nice. No party on friday: due to a strange constellation of circumstances, no one showed up. But, J was here, and we were both dressed nice, and he gave me presents and cake, so it was fun and romantic nonetheless. We played Go.

It reminded me that i really must make an effort to wear fun clothes more often! My whole night was noticably made more fun by the fact that i was wearing a long skirt and my velvet corselette top. Back when i first got into dressing goth, i never needed an excuse to wear fun clothes; life is art etc. Nowadays i have gotten lazy and apathetic about my clothing; I just throw on whatever, usualy blue or black jeans and a t-shirt. My collection of long skirts stays hanging in the closet, and my prettier tops sit unused. What a shame! Even if i am only sitting around the house, i am going to do it in fun clothes more often. Who cares if it's only me that will see and appreciate? How silly.
